You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. We don't ask questions - if you're not satisfied, you get your money back.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at contact@slashpaf.com with:
- Your order number or purchase email
- A brief note that you'd like a refund
We'll process your refund within 2-3 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and will be returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider but is typically 5-10 business days.
After Refund
Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated. You can continue using the free tier with up to 5 triggers.
