1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TinyTrigger ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

TinyTrigger is offered under two license tiers:

  • Free Tier: Grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software with a maximum of 5 triggers for personal or commercial use.
  • Lifetime License (€9): Grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software with unlimited triggers. The license is valid on all devices you personally own or control.

Both tiers include all future updates and bug fixes at no additional cost.

3. Permitted Use

You may use TinyTrigger for:

  • Personal productivity and automation
  • Smart home device control
  • Workflow automation
  • Commercial use in your business operations

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
  • Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Software
  • Use the Software to violate any laws or regulations
  • Use the Software to cheat in online games or bypass anti-cheat systems
  • Use the Software to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others
  • Share or distribute your license key to others

5. Payment and Licensing

Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. All purchases are final, subject to our refund policy. License keys are delivered via email immediately upon successful payment. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure.

7. Updates and Support

We provide free updates for all users. Lifetime license holders receive priority email support. Updates may be delivered automatically (for licensed users) or manually (for free tier users). We reserve the right to discontinue support for older versions of the Software.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SLASHPAF BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Software
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Any content or conduct of any third party

10. Privacy

TinyTrigger respects your privacy:

  • All configuration data is stored locally on your device
  • License validation requires an internet connection and communicates with Lemon Squeezy servers
  • We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data or trigger configurations
  • Update checks communicate with our servers to retrieve version information

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the application or our website.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without notice, if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
